Whales of Iceland

The Whales of Iceland museum is a great educational experience. Through an audio-guided tour it educates you about the various whale species. All species are displayed in real-size models. It is especially interesting if you plan on going whale watching as this museum gives you a lot of knowledge about the creatures you will see. On whale watching trips you rarely get to see more than fins and tails. Combining the experience with this museum gives you an understanding of how big the whales really are.

The Marshall Building

The Marshall Building is an art exhibition located in the end of Grandi if you are looking for something (very) artsy in a minimalistic way.
